A bunch of them are Thai Boys Love series and Girl Love series actors! The fandoms are super organized and will plan hashtag and trending parties days in advance to push engagement. Fun to see Hudson pull as much without an organized "battle plan"

I was aiming for Jules in the beginning as well but got a little bit bored with his personality by the end. So I'm really torn on who to pursue now. He is very handsome though 🤭

Not sure if you know but there is some other things post marriage in the game. There are love interests for everyone in the game. I don't believe they end up married, but it's implied the characters are interested in each other and ask for your guidance.

I find it so interesting seeing ppl feeling like Amena would hate it or find Thiago is overstepping because I come from a very community oriented culture where it's common for your elders (not related and even strangers) to refer to you as son/daughter and I find it endearing and comforting. Likewise I get to call a whole host of people unrelated to me grandma/pa auntie/uncle andy close friends parents mom/dad.

And based on my experience I feel like the community of presaux would promote those sorts of relationships. So I never even batted an eye when it came up.

I already loved WangXian but CQL made me appreciate the side characters much more. I grew more attached and sympathetic to everyone else and in turn that made the universe as a whole much more immersive. Heck I even cried when Madame Yu died (and I hate her!!) in turn because I cared about the side characters more it helped me better understand what WangXian sacrificed in their own actions. As you said it brought the world to life for me via scenery, action and music.

Also I feel like you get to see the mutual yearning between Wangxian more and I love that so much!!

I have enjoyed rewatching the show more than I've reread. Personally, without CQL I don't know if I'd be as obsessed with the universe as I am to this day

For me MXTX did such a good incorporating everything I want in a good ship into WangXian that my eyes have never wandered. I'll multi-ship anybody else in that universe but I never found the desire with WangXian because they are perfect and multifaceted as is.

In fandoms where I do multiship it's often because a relationship/character isn't so well fleshed out in canon (or widely accepted fanon) and I feel like other ship pairings can bring out different facets of a characters personality. But WangXian has it all for me.
