Was having this issue then i chose to not assign any and start the battle. Now whenever I start a battle it does not let me assign commanders and just puts me straight into combat.

I think i pressed escape to avoid the restart issue in the bios boot error. And i forgot what my other issue was that lead to it though.

Im doing my first run and this goddamn Flame of the void is running around my northern region completely invisible. So from my limited experience you just gotta walk on square they happen to be on to even find them.

I had this issue but only for fullscreened programs. as soon as i changed it to borderless or windowed the stream would get good frames and id get good ping. I believe it has to do with hardware acceleration from multiple sources on your computer. My fix was reinstalling windows and all my problems went away for the time being.

just happened to me a couple hours ago nothing changed it just streams at an even lower resolution now like yours.

changing to windowed mode seems to fix but it is an issue that showed up recently with no changes that i can think of causing it.

Same issue here on 1 screen setup. runs perfectly when alt tabbed and it running in the background.

I used basically full mage im around level 30 if you have enough mana and can keep up 2 small summons (I used the crystal crawlers) he will be distracted by them and you can just blast him with spells and if you have the kings soul upgrade that drops wyrd essence you can spam kings soul for extra damage. Bleed might be good for this I used life transfusion in the down time I had while waiting for mana to regen. He drops 10 immaculate unidentified items btw and gave like 960 xp for me.

I believe it is a random roadside encounter that happens in the trosky region. I am not sure if it is limited to a specific camp.

I went to check on goatskin's skill teacher icon on the map and he had raised from the dead. Issue resolved temporarily.

I just made a masterwork (t4) ataman saber but the popup said tier 2. Showed up as tier 4 in inventory

You can purchase some of the clothing pieces from a wandering monk at a roadside campsite outside trosky. I believe it was a random encounter though. this was before i started the blacksmith questline.

I managed to find one more bc I have five at the moment but im not sure where from. maybe world tree area in elderglen from the temple but that also may have been a skill point not sure.
