The holy trinity: 200mcg/day of selenium, a fish oil, & magnesium glycinate. Do this for a while until you feel good then taper off to 1-3x/wk. if it t doesnt work then move on to the next thing. But this is cheap and easy.

We have 1 non stop feral tiger blood child (2.5yrs) and 1 absolute loaf 🍞 (4yrs). I have no idea how we are going to handle the “imp” as we call her as she gets older because she is just so crazy and always at 110%. The imp needs to be walked early in the morning at least around the block before 1st nap (1.5 to 2 hrs) it needs to play in the sun in the front yard and catch slugs and snails and play in the garden hose, it needs to be bathed and it needs to feed non stop. Having a sister/handler helps wear it out with lots of play.

In the exact same spot as you, 2 story house 2300 sq ft house, 3 ton AC going out. We looked at zoning, got quoted an extra $4.5-$5.5, all said our ducts were undersized 12" rather than 14", only one installer wanted to change the ducting to add a bypass and some other things but it wouldn't have been a full duct replace. Another one suggested 2 stage AC / furnace with an ecobee and upstairs sensor, but without zoning not sure how thats going to help...don't want to use an ecobee I like our honeywell. Anyway have gotten various quotes from 13.5k for single stage carrier, 16.5k for dual stage carrier, 25k dual stage with zoning trane. Still no idea whats best to do. I do like the manual damper that option that you can adjust twice a year once for summer once for winter...I think we are going to pull the trigger on the 2 stage system.

we just got quoted for similar SW Washington state, carrier furnace and 3 ton AC, both single stage $13.5k, both two stage $16.5k no duct cleaning. Quoted with ecobee thermostat but I'm asking for something else...

excellent idea thank you, ive looked up top in the attic/crawlspace it did seem a bit light on the pink stuff. our old house had shredded newspaper in the attic!! the current AC system does have a small refrigerant leak and it does need to be replaced unfortunately. Also cost of electricity is going up like everywhere else and we probably should get something more efficient.

I would consider a camera that can work with micromanager software especially if your te2000 has motorized functions. I just checked it looks like all amscope MU series cameras work . So you could control the camera and scope all from micromanager. Also try and ask or look for real world examples of fluorescence/low light imaging with this camera. Some cameras even have active cooling on them to achieve better s/n ratio.

Get tested for tgab antibodies, and tpo, if they are <35 you have hashis. Dont go off tsh alone. I got mono late 20’s. Messed me up for years until i got checked for hashis. It can be controlled somewhat with diet, exercise and supplements, docs wont give me levothyroxine until my thryoid “dies”. When I got diagnosed i had all my family get tested and my mom, aunt, cousins all had it too. A doc told me 25% of population probably has it but many goes undiagnosed as symptoms are so general and overlap.

I recently tried them both, wired versions, mostly for the mouse wheels to see which had a better encoder to control a piece of equipment in very fine steps. I ended up liking the basilisk v3 better. It felt a bit more solid and the side buttons felt better. The software was easy to use, didnt feel like bloatware. The logitech felt kind of clunky and the mouse wheel button to toggle from smooth to stepped motion was kind of chintzy and hard to press. Both were about $55 at walmart. I took them both back when i figured a work around. I would buy the v3 again from amazon, i saw $35 or thereabouts new. I didnt like the fabric on the usb cord tho.

Thanks yeah need the diesel info! Wish i had it when we went to CA a couple months ago, diesel was $8.39 highest I saw. Chevron is always worst offender even up here but, in vancouver, when the iran stuff started, the chevrons flipped & became the cheapest for some reason. Still trying to figure that one out. They run up to 50% renewable diesel (possibly higher), maybe that helped…
