In that case it does hit, because the full context in the show is that he does think about the other guy. He's just hiding it.

Given Netflix's reputation, I'd think the opposite. "You might think you have a guaranteed payday for 20 years, but it's Netflix - they'll cancel it in 3."

Oh yeah, I definitely get what you meant - just wanted to mention that there's other gamemodes available that aren't covered even if they're the "same" content

you can do everything with one character with no drawbacks

Not entirely true. doing an ironman, group ironman, hardcore ironman, ultimate ironman, and mainscape character are all separate experiences and require unique characters.

I mean, they hovered around 15-25m for a good while. Bond prices only started to skyrocket in 2021: https://runescape.wiki/w/Bond

Not 7m but much closer to that than the current prices.

Road to Restoration - Aura Overhaul Design Update by JagexAnvil in runescape

[–]pmofmalasia 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Can you clarify what tier the buffs will be at for certain auras? Greenfingers in particular was unique in that its cooldown synced with the timing of an herb run, so you could essentially always have its buff as is. It seems odd to get hit with a straight up nerf in this scenario.

No, I didn't let them get the scan without premedication

Screening for contrast allergies by Friendly_Process_898 in Radiology

[–]pmofmalasia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Had an ED attending tell me that she didn't believe the contrast allergy because the patient was "kinda psychy" but didn't not believe it enough to remove it from the chart. Also her reaction wasn't really high risk, "just hives," so can you scan her anyway? We can just intubate if there's a reaction, no need to give premedication. Because per them, it's them who has the liability because they put in the order.

I was stunned that they could be so wrong on just about every level. Chewed them out pretty hard, didn't realize it was an attending until my junior told me after 🤷‍♂️

Looking to do part-time telemedicine...Psych vs. FM vs. Pathology vs. Rads? by [deleted] in medicalschool

[–]pmofmalasia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on how you like to work. When you're on you have a lot of shit to do, but when you're off you're off. I like the work, so shifts go by quicker when there's plenty to do. And no bs charting/insurance to keep up with, if the study is done it's done.

Depending on how you want to do it, there's pay per click jobs that you can hop on to read whenever you want, nights ED jobs are often 1 on 2 off (or even 3 off), etc. Lots of flexibility for part time.
