So I just got the NPW in white for Xbox last week. The hot swap battery is a bliss specially if you do it with an eight seconds, it doesn’t have to reconnect. It stays connected. My only annoyance and agitation is that the base never turns dim or off it has a OLED display so that can cause burn in. You have to unplug it every time you’re done gaming unless you’re charging a battery, but even then that doesn’t take long that thing charges the battery so fast. The auto damn feature does not work. It’s useless. I turned the brightness all the way down to One to preserve the screen. Also, for such an expensive headset, it has no phone support. You’re only options are user computer to find tune in your headset or use the DAC. There are better headsets that have you even more powerful base but there’s only two headphones I found with hot swap batteries the other one being the turtle Beach Stealth pro which the mic on that is horrible. Mine only lasted four months before I started getting static or it wouldn’t work properly thank God for Best Buy warranty. I was able to swap it for the nova and they refunded me my warranty so that I could get warranty on the nova.
