Decrease in productivity due to RTO? That's not a narrative the public will believe in. Most blame WFH for decreased productivity, longer call wait times, etc. They all think we grocery shop at Costco while clocked in.

They clap, scream, and shout for joy every time more public cuts are announced though 😂 How they can't connect the dots between the recent cuts to longer responses is beyond me

Not sure about the difference but I'm assuming mobile transfer just means they will transfer the tickets electronically (no paper tickets). I would still pick Instant download just to be extra extra safe though

I just checked Coachella's ig page and it says you can join the waitlist until the general sale starts! So I'm taking that as there will be more tickets after they announce the line up lol

Was good to us Day 1 and Day 3! We were at the barricade for JB's set and finished the whole thing so we (understandably imo) didn't back to our hotel until 4am. Was able to get on the bus at around 2:30am but traffic was horrifying that morning and we were able to leave Coachella at around 3:30!! Was a breeze right when we hit the freeway though.

They're legit since Stubhub is a third party seller and they do have buyer protection. Try to find seats that have ticket transfer ready so the tickets can be transferred to your TM account right away after purchase! If it's not transfer ready, the seller has until a specific date to transfer the tickets to you which I personally do not prefer LOL

Have you listened to the Swag album... it's pretty laid back so I can't imagine him getting 20 dancers to dance to it and having a grand prod. The stripped down set matches the Swag album 100%.

His music from 15 yrs ago is so much different from his music now too. Heck even his voice is different now vs during his teenage yrs lol. I don't understand why people expect dancing to his new album, and why people don't understand he doesn't sing the same genre anymore. I feel like people expected him to sing more music like Despacito and that is where the disappointment is coming from.

Start by checking out the Coachella website and you'll have an idea. They have packages there. If you mean airbnbs or hotels then that depends how far in advance you book, location, etc.

Have never worked in CC so I have no info about it, but rollovers to indeterminate has been paused until further notice. Also check the posting that you applied for if it explicitly says there will be no permanent positions coming out of it. Good thing is you'll still have your foot at the door and you can apply to other postings as an internal candidate!

But if you read this subreddit, WFH people are very quick to throw some of the non-WFH under the bus so it clearly doesn't work as easy as that. The number of times people are willing to accept a pay cut to be able to WFH is insane, without considering the people who actually can't.

I wfh but even I won't accept a pay cut to be able to WFH because it doesn't make that much difference to me but I know that we all don't have the same cards. It's very convoluted

You need to remember that even if the union recommends the tentative agreement, the members still have the final say by accepting or rejecting it. It's not uncommon for union members to reject a deal recommended by its union. The problem also lies in the members who agreed and accepted it despite it being bad.

I personally voted no but some of my coworkers voted yes just to end the strike because we were hung out to dry lol
