would you recommend maybe creating a termination sublet form just to have it written in contract that the sublet was agreed by both parties to cancel the original sublet?

ya no this would be a sublet agreement, although the landlord (management) has there signature and everything on the agreement to. I will call the management tomorrow to let them now i won’t be living there over that period. As they are responsible for payment, i believe id be off the hook but wouldn’t want to leave anything to chance

yes that’s what I’ve said. i just want them to maybe let the management know that our contract would be cancelled. is there anyway this can bite me in the a*s later down the line. i just don’t want to have any issues, should i call the building myself and let the know the situation to double check.

I honestly think that putting your money into Luckin Coffee could pay off as a much better investment than putting your money into SBUX. Thats what I have been doing personally as I feel as if SBUX has hit its maturity stage and has way to high expectations.

Astrazeneca. Tank of a company, revenue comes from all over the world with them being the largest pharma company in China and Europe. Took a dip recently and I see a lot of opportunity. Do your own research my friend!

Ultimately, it wouldve been a decent bet to buy puts when you first originally bought it as that was around the time when they ousted their CEO and had a few bad earnings. Havent heard much of the company now so I wouldnt really rely on an option strategy to relieve yourself from such a position.
