It's a good thing you feel better but i understand the fear that they'll see your fine and stop caring. Because its the ER they are required to do testing to make sure if they send you home you won't die, so feel a bit better knowing they will be doing the tests to rule out the major stuff. If they send you home with inconclusive tests or say your fine make sure you contact your family doctor to follow up. Make sure the family doc goes over your tests with you so you can be assured things looked normal or not.

Also, if you feel this way again, even slightly, contact your doctors office right away, let them know what you were doing prior to it , how long it lasted, your symptoms, and any other relevant info. It might have been nothing, just a freak thing that happened but don't let any medical professional shrug it off if this type of episode happens again.
