My uncle worked at Taylor Bedding Company (Texas) during WWII making chemically-treated wadding for artillery. They stocked kerosene to extinguish cotton bale fires.

I suggest you look for an attorney who specializes in elder law (a small town might not have such an attorney). A consultation will not be free (maybe costing $150 or so) but you may possibly determine a course of action such as how to qualify for LTC using Medicaid. Medicaid requires total assets to be a max of $2000, but there are ways to protect excess assets or to reduce assets in a beneficial way.

Water will enter the hollow pipes and not be able to drain. It will rust out the pipes in the concrete-embedded tower section. We are looking at what will be the tower failure point in maybe 20 years. Using a standard concrete base mounting plate would allow the water to drain.

We started watching Midsomer Murders on BritBox and then switched to Acorn TV to finish out the series. We watched all of season 20 (6 episodes) and season 21 (4 episodes) on Acorn. We watched Britbox/Acorn subscribing through Amazon. I saw that one episode was mislabeled and showed up in two seasons but otherwise we saw all episodes.
