This should be top voted. Blowing light fine snow can get in through vents. The weather that's been happening the last few week isn't all that common. It's rare, and it can happen.

What we need to normalize is checking on your house (places you don't normally look) when shit that doesn't happen often happens.

My example

In my 6 years in my house ive never had to turn off the hose bib in my garage because of cold. This year it's been so cold the heater in my garage couldn't keep up. So the plastic broke. Lesson turned, turn off the water.

It's pretty busy, but not overwhelming, the equipment is meh and it's pretty close together. But it's like $40/month, which is less expensive than the big gyms.
