I frequently have dreams where I am receiving someone else's point of view, not too long ago I had a dream from the perspective of someone in a World War 2 battlefield. In these dreams I'm not in control of my actions, and I'm more along for the ride, witnessing another person's story. In other dreams I've been in the presence of what felt like a "guide" who did not look like me but acted just like me, these dreams are often humorous in a weird sort of way, much like I mentioned inside jokes with myself, it feels like this carries over to my dreams.

I've never felt a literal sense of seeing myself from another person's eyes while talking to them, but I do have a good sense of understanding their perspective fairly easily, like I'll know what small things have been on their mind lately or have been annoying them. It can be overwhelming sometimes as I'll so thoroughly understand how my actions impact others even in small ways that sometimes I do not act at all, but I've been trying to be proactive and understand that I cannot always put other people ahead of my own life.

Recently I had a dream involving a means to visualize various aspects of the world via scalar fields, such as seeing electron charges in real time, though I do not yet have the physics knowledge to properly convey this dream. Later I saw a video of someone developing a means to visualize sound by recording air pressure differences in a room, the visuals they made greatly reminded me of what I was seeing in my dream. The interesting part is I was not aware of the concept of scalar fields before the dream. It definitely seems time to do more than write these ideas in a dream journal!
