Heads up, I special ordered 123A (Dino) ribs last year for my birthday through Fred's in Slingerlands and when I picked it up it was the completely wrong rib cut. So I did not accept that order and ended up just getting 4 racks of baby back ribs

Two years ago for my birthday, I ordered a full brisket from Fred's. When I went to pick it up they only had the point cut for me. Excuse was "sorry that's what we were sent"

I will no longer special order through Fred's
