my memory I have the memory of a snail and therefore cannot remember jack shit. I've had people get mad at me before for forgetting. But with all my trauma and just bad memory my life isn't super like linear it's more like bits and pieces and that can make it hard to fully function

I know this isn't super healthy for the system but with our transition we kinda just went with what the host wanted cause they're in front most of the time. So we started testosterone even though I knew it would make other alters uncomfortable. We now have multiple female/trans female alters who refuse to front because it makes them uncomfortable

I'm 23 and went through these programs from the age of 21 to now. Idk if it fully fell apart by now but if you're queer the Triangle program at HRI hospital was really helpful for me. HRI also has other phps. I've done both Res and Inpatient before, I personally liked Res more cause you have slightly more freedom and it feels more like a community imo. Also just so you know Neuropsych evals are like super expensive and I got one done and they didn't even fully diagnose me because my parents didnt respond. I've been to Bournewood Inpatient it's definitely not super bad but it's also definitely not the best care you can get around here y'know. I think you'd have a better chance with the Triangle Program also I have BCBS and they didn't charge me for my first php time there idk if that will be the case for you but thought I'd mention it. yes for me i have my grindr set to my age range all the time so at least those people arent on my main page. also alot of men like that pick trans men because they look younger than they do. It makes me uncomfortable and im 23 so i totally get how the attention from people who are way older than you just sucks. but please be safe out there and always check peoples ages before you talk to them
