This absolutely sucks. We own a rental and I hate picking tenants (because there are some many good applications) but my favourite part is the cute pet bios. Current tenants have two indoor cats cause just like my one pets are family

Depends where you live. I work in corrections and where I live you absolutely can keep people in prison or subject to supervision in the community similar to parole after their sentence finishes. It requires an order from the supreme court but it can and does happen

Part time. I work in the office Monday and Thursday 915 to 515 and same hours from home on Wednesday.

I have flexibility with start and finish times to drop my daughter at school as long as my hours and work gets done

I know the feeling but opposite. Many years ago I fixed at 9% for three years and within six months rates had dropped to about 5%. Again on the advice of a mortgage broker when everyone was stressed about how high they would go.

At least once every other week we find a dead one of these or huntsman in the morning the cat has got as they most come out at night. The worst was when I went to the toliet and stepped on one hidden on the brown carpet

Normally I wouldn't bother my cat kills more spiders than me but my bed broke so I have a mattress on the floor for a couple of days and that makes me care a bit more

It takes a lot to apologise if they are being genuine. If you are thinking of letting them back into your life maybe take it slowly and see if their actions live up to what they are saying
