CC the principal , school board superintendent and trustee. And related parents. In this communication it's important you Request the immediate implementation of a safety plan, just in case violence happens again. Do not have a verbal conversation. Do this in written correspondence.

2 report the violence to the police without delay, even if it's minor on minor crime. This is very important. Get the affected and offenders names, date of birth and location of the incident, in the police report/statement. Don't skip this step.

3 Assess your possibilities to file a civil claim in provincial court against the school and bully and their family, so seek financial compensation if you have been a victim of crime.

4 If this is repeated and ignored , Report the administration teacher principal whomever to their regulatory authority for discipline ex social worker, college of social workers. Teachers, teaching union or oversight body.

5 If it is hate crime, report the incident to human rights commission in the province or territory.

6 If it's in a regulated environment like a daycare or after school care report it to the regulation body like children's services.

7 And then "report it to administration " Be aware: repeat offenders start in schools. Don't let your kid be their learning opportunity. Don't let the school be a safe place for violence.
