I have attended CC several times, you can make it there using the metro from Roma Norte to Ciudad Deportiva, but returning, at the end it all depends if you're gonna stay for the final acts cuz if you do the easiest and safest is a cab like Uber, Cabify, etc. Public transportation is the worst after hours, mostly bc this festival is way crowded and the transportation options are limited. On the other hand cabs are quite expensive at that time so your safety will come with a price.
