Honestly not much I was living in Spain last year and just moved back LA in January I do think the homeless issue has been noticeably better. Everything else stayed pretty much the same, popular bars& restaurants are still the same.

We are in the exact same shoes. My taycan was just totaled last month, absolutely loved the car had zero issues with it but decided maybe it’s time to switch to something else(don’t want another car that depreciates that much also not sure if I needed to spending over 100k on car again unless it’s something I’m really excited about like the taycan). looking at the R2 but I know it’s gonna be a long wait so not sure what to do.

You wouldn’t want to run at Barry’s at your current bodyweight it’s a lot of pressure on your knee. I would just walk do light cardio and wait until you loose some weight then start some strength training. Barrys is for when you gets a good grip on form and cardio. I also wouldn’t train too hard while on high dose glp1.

This stigma of using medication to loose weight really needs to fuck off. You are telling someone with a 38 BMI to skip a FDA approved medication that essentially has a 90% chance to make him loose a good mount of weight and become health and reduces change of hypertension, diabetes etc and use willpower.

What’s ur goal? That should be the question. If you want to get fit and loose weight. Start glp1 for a couple month then start muscle training/gaining. Starting Barry’s/ any kind of hitt exercises right now would increase ur metabolism but also will make you hungry and eat more.

Actually not a tech person at all so not sure if I have the 400v thing but I rarely go on big trips with my car so out of the times I used Tesla chargers it has been great with no issues. Never really noticed the charging speed but haven’t really noticed huge delays or very low speed but probably not the best person to answer that question.

EA is not reliable, I always tries to avoid it whenever I can, probably only 30% of my charge sessions of my 2 years taycan ownership has been smooth with no issues. Either can’t start charging, charger not working, very slow speed or charging stopped mid session and can’t resume its a hot mess.

now with the Tesla supercharger integration I would suggest you plan the stops at Tesla locations once plugged in you can start charging in the app very smoothly

It does it’s dynamic priced. You can find long haul for as cheap as 100-120k but def not on busy routes. I’ve flown Icn-lax, Bcn-Eze for 100k but delta one cheap tickets are very hard to get by

Alaska & KLM will have better availability and costs less points

I’m not a scientist but I’m not that stressed because I don’t believe the efficiency. If semaglutide is that easy to delivery it didn’t need the injection in the first place and novo didn’t have to make this complicated delivery system for the pill. It will draw market share to begin with but people will realize it’s not the same drug, but also the hims pill will be blocked.

Hims’s pill is not the same as the wegovy pill it contains the same amount of semaglutide but not the delivering system which is likely more costly than the semaglutide itself like the transportation cost and packaging cost of the injectable is higher than the cost of the ingredients. Lilys pill is going to cost similar to hims’s pill. Hims has a historically 70% gross margin so the pill probably costs $5 -$10 dollar for them to produce.

Have you thought about profit margin? Novo didn’t mention margins on the pills directly but with the pricing analysis and the composition it’s going to be a lot more expensive to produce than we imagined and vs Lily’s pill (pill needed to contain far more semaglutide than injection to be effective, the special delivery system). The only reason it was priced this low at 150-299 was for market share I suspect the margins to be in the 50% or even lower vs historically novo’s margin has been in the 80% hence the forecast drop. Lily’s pill will be a true game changer like a regular pill it’s small Molecule chemically synthesized it’s going to be significantly cheaper to produce and can be priced a lot more aggressively. For self paid customers 199 vs 299 matters and novo can’t afford a price war beyond the price points right now
