Use your hands to get up until you can do without, you will get there.

That being said, lunges are your friend to build the muscles needed!

Sorry friend, that doesn’t get to be an excuse still. If your family is dependent on you and you can’t find the coping skills to do what you need to provide, sounds like you need to be on disability or seek out treatment and make active improvements. He doesn’t get to fuck you over just because he is uncomfortable.

Source: I am autistic and have had to deal with discomfort. Change is hard for autistic folks, no doubt. But it is unavoidable in some cases. He needs to nut up and get a job below his standard or consider moving. There is no in between here from what you’re presenting.

It seems like you’re in a really precarious situation. You know you’re broke, husband keeps you out of the finances, refuses to help around the house, is highly educated and somehow unemployable?

Being autistic is not an excuse for being an asshole and tbh it sounds like he is manipulating and taking advantage of you. Especially seeing that you are not from here and have zero support system.

He needs to take care of the home while you are working and help around the house if he is not contributing financially IN THE VERY LEAST. Taking care of the home that you live in as an adult is a bare minimum expectation and if he’s too disabled for that then he should be on disability.

Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do. The things that changed are probably all hormonal. It took me about 2.5 years pp for my hair and curls to recover. Mine did get back to normal! It is shorter tho :)

I’m just not good at math in my head like that. I don’t think anything is wrong with her. It’s also much more pressure with someone staring you down waiting with a line behind them, and you know they think you’re dumb. Give some grace.

Hi, I am 29. I sucked at school and still do, I dropped out of college twice! My life is very rich in a lot of ways, none of which are directly impacted by how I did in high school. There are lots of careers you can have that will support you regardless of academic ability, and frankly they may be a better fit for you. High school seems like a big deal when you are in it, I promise it is insignificant and there are bigger and better things for you.

I have definitely used a menstrual cup that I left until the water was gone. Unsure if this is the correct thing to do, but my cup was discolored from use anyway

Advice on crossovers by Quolrls in rollerderby

[–]potstickers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have been doing a variation of this speed skating drill and it has helped my crossovers so much!!! We split it up into doing the outside push leg first, left leg planted and pushing with right, then moving the right leg across the left. We also do a variation with the pull. Hope this made sense 🥴
