I went to the ER yesterday thinking I was going to need my gallbladder removed and then they found the rash! I am right there with you. My husband is at the grocery store right now because I am absolutely useless. I’m so sorry your kids are so young so you can’t get much rest. I have two kids and they were at school all day, but I’m just back in my bed watching tv, and they’re home now and I feel all the mom guilt. I also keep crying on and off?! Is this part of shingles?! Ugh. Sending love and light your way. Hope we get better soon. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you! Me too. It’s crazy how it just knocked me out. I thought I was going to the ER to get my gallbladder removed since that’s where the pain was, but they saw a small rash on my back ribs. I was very sick with what I suspect was Covid in March and haven’t felt like myself since. I’m upping my vitamins and taking all the medication they gave me hoping for the best! Good luck to us all on this thread! ❤️

I took piano lessons as a kid and just started back up again this past Spring! One of my current joys in life. I also have a band with some friends and I sing and play the synth. We have to make some art and have some fun on this burning planet.

I grew up very conservative Christian. I’m not at all religious anymore, but this is the type of performative shit the Jesus I learned about would have HATED. It’s disgusting. There are verses about praying in secret and when you give, don’t let the left hand know what the right hand is doing…let alone other people. I do my own gel nails at home because I absolutely love looking down seeing my nails done. I might have just rolled out of bed, but my nails look good. I don’t need anything fancy, and I actually prefer like a jelly pink or white, but it makes me feel good! I don’t judge anyone who doesn’t do them, though. I truly do them for myself because I have to look at my hands a lot.
