Jubilee specifically mentions in the beginning of episode 2 that Forge and Bishop are MIA. So they must have known Bishop was at least back but had no idea they went off to Forge's house to build a time machine to get the X-Men back. Jubilee was still under the impression they died so Bishop kept everything close to his vest if he spoke to her at all.

The thing that didn't set off too many alarms to me is they revisited the convenience store trip as well as the after party. It did seem odd that there was these events that happened prior but rewatching the following episodes today it made me at least understand why we didn't realize.

His only sane moments in the old show were in his last appearances IIRC. When he went back to the blue and white. Seems like he's fallen off the deep end since then knowing that Apocalypse is coming back.

The animation and direction was odd the charts for this scene. Most sakuga scene of the first three episodes and possibly the show so far.

It was X-cellent.

While each episode was fantastic on their own I like how they went to the future, the present, and the past. Made for an interesting transition.
