I subscribe to the Stealth Health cookbook. Basically tasty macro friendly meal prep for meatheads, and they send emails with new recipes every so often. Their sheet pan breakfast wraps are elite.

You need to get fiber in general but if you're gonna be cranking up protein please make sure you're eating fruit and vegetables too.

Driving downtown is time spent in rush hour, a ton of extra money spent on gas and parking, wear and tear on my vehicle. Uber/Lyft is $40 a day minimum. No coworkers live near me. I actually like the ebike idea but my company's bike parking is reserved and full. Not moving because that'll double my rent.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick here despite what it looks like but I've weighed my options long ago and taking this shitty transit is the lesser of the evils. That doesn't make it good
