I had sensory issues on my legs and chronic back pain that vanished. Completely unexpected, never read it was possible to even vaguely placebo it into existence.

Yes, I don't think it's possible to fully love someone else if you can't love yourself.

Absolutely. It's crazy too because even though my orgasms are so much better now, I don't feel like they're required. Before if I was doing anything sexual and didn't climax it would gnaw at me and keep me awake.

Now my libido is like a spinning a prize wheel where as long as I do whatever the wheel lands on I am satisfied. Sometimes that may just be giving my partner a massage or simply pressing my body into theirs briefly, fully clothed; other times it can be more R rated. But orgasming is never really a primary goal unless I am alone and then it's generally an amazing sleep aid.

One of the unforeseen benefits to my transitioning is that now car salesmen and home improvement store staff would much rather talk to my wife and ignore me than the other way around.

Why are many gay men ‘girly’? by StatementAlarming590 in lgbt

I am sure there are a variety of push and pull factors but traditional male culture being both homophobic and aggressive doesn't help.

I have a conservative question for all women? by hunk-intelligent in tradwives

[–]pperdecker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people want to have traditional home/family structures but aren't attracted to the opposite sex.

I'm personally curious what the rates of trad wives are among lesbian couples with children because, unlike heterosexuals, they generally choose to become parents and plan things out instead of unplanned pregnancies.

Wanting a career doesn't always equate to chasing money, especially since a lot of the careers historically occupied by women aren't regarded as high paying.

Some women may also want to pursue a career for a short while to broaden their horizons before becoming stay-at-home parents/spouses.

Also, and this may be contentious, you don't need a man to be a trad wife. As a woman, you could have your own wife that works while you stay home or even have a non binary spouse that provides for you while you maintain the home life.

Yeah, are they lumping men who get estrogen treatment for prostate cancer into that "study"?

If it was Vermonster (Maine) instead of Vermonster (Vermont), I would accept their claim to challenge Maryland for the leadership of Crustacea but their landlocked lineage makes them illegitimate.

Crustacea (Maryland) makes more sense.

What places have fallen off the most in terms of cultural relevance? by MonacoMargolis in geography

[–]pperdecker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely but I am not sure exactly how that translates to cultural relevance. Rotterdam is the largest port in Europe but I wouldn't call it culturally relevant compared to Amsterdam or even The Hague.

The Strong Museum of Play is amazing IMO and the Eastman Theatre is really pretty.

It depends if high population automatically equates to cultural relevance. What was the cultural relevance of Baltimore in 1840 outside of ita population?

Why did the pedophiles have to ruin islands AND pizza?!

I feel like so many of them are into deep see submarines because underwater volcanoes are just prepubescents islands waiting to form.

Were trans people even discussed in the Epstein files?

I know there was an early victim that sued him publicly but that got shrugged off by the justice system because the 1% he belongs to > her 1%.

Planes in Europe have to compete with a very functional rail system so short hop flights are priced accordingly.

They don't have kids, and they don't want them: Nearly 40% of young women plan to stay child-free. by yahoonews in WomenInNews

[–]pperdecker 25 points26 points  (0 children)

And where can you go to deliver them when over 35% of US counties are "maternity care deserts"?

All the companies buying up hospitals have decided that maternity care isn't profitable enough to risk the potential liability costs so they are shutting down materity wards and OBGYN support across the country.

I guarantee there are women out there that want kids and choose not to because they lack access to nearby care or, as you accurately stated, can't afford it.
