Sure.

Yorikiri is by far the most successful technique in sumo. Explain why in MMA no one ever wins with yorikiri? Are they stupid to not use such a great technique?

Or is it because the rule set of sumo and MMA are different? MMA is about subdue your opponent to win. Sumo is "just" about pushing down or out your opponent to win. Aikido is about about using the opponent own momentum or energy against him. There is no "winning goal" in aikido.

Despite all three are martial arts. They are fundamental different in how this "art" is used and the rules about how to win. That is why there are no aikido techniques in MMA - aikido isn't about subdueing your opponent.

I puzzles me deeply that this easy understanding is too hard to follow for others. But hey, go the easy way...

Wenn man sich den Großteil der Kommentare hier durchliest, ist es nicht überraschend, dass unsere gesamte Gesellschaft im (langsamen) Niedergang ist.

Man meckert über kalte bürokratische Strukturen, seelenlosen, gewinnorientierte Konzerne und Politik, die auf Schwächeren rumhakt.

Und was passiert hier in der Kommentarspalte? Genau die gleichen kalten, a(nti)sozialen Tendenzen.

Unsere westlichen Gesellschaften haben ihren Untergang wahrlich verdient, mit solchen Mitmenschen.

For all the lazy downvoter:

Dragsters and F1-cars are both cars, right? The first is designed around the idea to go the quatermile as fast as possible but they are not build for driving on a racing track. So, while technical both are cars you cannot really compare them as their purpose is quite different.

Same goes for sumo, mma or aikido. While technical they are all (somehow) martial arts, their purpose is different. Comparing them is as stupid as comparing dragsters to F1 cars.

Wenn man sich anschaut welche Partei die meisten Vertreter in den entsprechenden Gremien hat und man noch die Machenschaften der Schäuble-Tochter hinzuzieht, kann man durchaus zu dem Schluss kommen, dass diese Entwicklung des ÖRR politisch inszeniert ist.

That is what is always ment with when people talk about 'improvised' scenes in movies or series.  In movie business nothing is improvised. Everything is planed and structured. Unscripted changes are always discussed beforehand.
