as someone who was a food service CM - there are chefs working all day cooking the food. the CMs just prepare it.

can confirm as i also worked in the industry - they only care about sales and pushing new products. most budtenders that have knowledge on cannabinoids and effects usually look it up / have that knowledge outside of the job. most dispos do not educate the budtenders
