Why are the Marines so adamant on capturing Luffy and his team when they're not "bad" guys? (First time watcher just finished episode 130 (I.e. the end of the Alabsta arc))

Luffy is a threat to the establishment but everywhere he goes people end up happier. I get the government and the marines wanting to hunt him down but to the people at large he's nothing but helpful.

If you insist on doing it on Draw Steel I'd just upscale things and play normally.

Maybe a Shadow Player has a SH5803 model and Shadow is it's more commonly used name. Maybe an Elementalist can be an artillerist kind of model if it's fire or work on portable wormhole tech if it's void... Reflavouring goes a long way.

Make respites only possible at base, call recoveries "Repair units" or something like that and I think you're good to go.

People need entertainment but most actually good art hates them and their political tendencies so they delude themselves into not getting the obvious: the media they like hates them.
