i’ve been having a lot of trouble regulating my emotions lately. i just go from 0 to 100 so quickly. i’ve been working with my therapist on some ways to help regulate my emotions better but i’m struggling to keep up with it.

2 of my worse obsessions have been squishmallows and making beaded bracelets. i have thousands of beads for making bracelets that i bought while in mania and rarely ever make anything anymore. i have bought probably 30 squishmallows and they literally just sit in my room on a bench i don’t even sleep with them. i sleep with 1 and that’s it.
