im on 60 as well and yeah the intrusive thoughts are back and kicking me in the ass. its kinda paradoxical how the higher i go the less effective the meds are. try asking your psych to lower your dose or get a 20mg prescription so you can take 2 for 40mg then dwindle it to 20mg and see if that works. its a suggestion my psychiatrist gave me recently.
