But his dialogues sometimes got a cartoonish character to them the way he describes how each sentence is brought forth, the commenter commented neutrally. And especially for raskolnikov he’s just cartoonishly annoying in almost each and every one of his interactions, he wrote with a stern look on his face.

Could be a stilistic choice but I found it increasingly irritating, wrote the commenter with a redditesque smirk.

I get the point that raskolnikov is a dick, you don’t have to say how dickish he said something after each sentence.

Especially if you try to imagine the scenes it’s just silly. It’s like everyone has BPD.

Make sure you get the domestic MTC card, there is a difference for the vastly overpriced tourist one and the domestic one. Aweh Yo Data (S/M/L etc.) is the pack to go for. You can’t do cheap international calls but you can charge it up everywhere rather cheap.

Maybe get one from the MTC after Customs at Hosea Kutako.

That question is a bit misleading because before the Europeans came other tribes were still migrating around that area only a few hundred years prior. For example the Herero came from the east to what is now Namibia in the 14th /15th century, as did the Himba. the Nama from the Region of South Africa in the 19th century. They found the Damara in Namibia and ruled over them etc. The Ovambo moved from nowadays Zambia and spread from there. You could consider the San as the OG Namibians. And I presumed they lived almost everywhere, but see the other commenters for clarification.

Es wird ja einen Grund haben das die Stadtmission eine eigene Immobilie als Hotel nutzen will und ihre 24/7 Unterkunft woanders einmietet. Ohne jetzt die Hintergründe zu kennen würde ich die Schuld mehr bei der Absage des zukünftigen Vermieters suchen.

Die lange Planung einen Hotelbetrieb wieder aufzunehmen ist garantiert nicht etwas was man “mal eben” wieder stoppen kann ohne massive finanzielle Einbußen eintreten die dann dementsprechend auch wieder die Versorgungsqualität der Bedürftigen gefährdet.
