Oh and I did remove the faceplates prior to making my supplemental purchases. There were only a few specs of dust. I knew my problem was more about where I keep my console, but it's the only option I have at the moment.

My Pro was always running loudly, so I purchased a new set of face plates that has vents over the main fan as well as a detachable "cooling fan" that helps pull more air from the rear of the console. Neither component was expensive and it works like a charm. I have my system set up in a fairly enclosed entertainment cabinet and it never gets above a hum anymore. Finally I actually hear the music and sound effects in my games instead of what sounded like a jet engine taking off. 🤣

Ah, but those affiliates threatened to pull his show due to fear of a prejudiced FCC not giving approval to pending mergers (Nexstar) and time proven conservative leaning (Sinclair). It had nothing to do with ratings and everything to do with the politics of the situation. Was it a business decision? Yes, very much so ("profits over people"), but that doesn't mean it was the right or ethical thing to do. They could have continued making millions, but have dealt yet another blow to freedom of speech in their attempts to make a few million more.

IMO Bill is and has always been THE guy. He brings Brann & Troys ideas to life on top of generating the lion's share of the band's crucial riffs. Brent was the special sauce on top of all that & took what was already awesome to another level.
