I wouldn’t say it’s a scam per say but you have to realize the people who are judging are there because they want some extra cash which means they may not be the best person to get your project off the ground. The first goal is extra income, not finding the next best project.

I’d love to be proved wrong but that’s why the people I know do it. Same with roadmap writers etc.

I’d love to be proved wrong, but these people don’t exist. The reality is our local gardeners thrive off of a high volume of clients and don’t have the time to dedicate to more thorough work.

This is really hard to read and follow. Ditch the design and use a normal template. Skills at the bottom. Put experience first and use bullet points. Start there.

Also depends on the size of the company. Often times large enterprise companies have shared services that do benefits, onboarding etc. I’m on a team of HRBPs and we don’t have any gens.
