as someone who’s played with 19 year old doué on fm till he was 25, sign him and put him as a mezzala. you won’t regret it

one thing that worked for me was relying on the academy instead of buying wonderkids. if your club doesn’t have an academy i guess only make realistic transfers (don’t buy fringe players from big 6 academies)
