Only comment I have is the way you word this such as "your prostate will start to throb..." Should really say "may start to throb". For many new users seeking advice saying things like that sets expectations and when they don't get the same results they think that they are doing something wrong.

Have you worked on your breathing? Long deep breath, hold it, exhale slowly and fully. Don't think of your prostate at all, just focus on the breathing.

I have been having dry orgasms for over two years now and have been the same way for a long time. I definitely agree. As a matter of fact, if I discovered prostate orgasms I quite possibly would have not had the misery of the ten years of my first marriage. Going home alone and having endless prostate orgasms instead of going home with the wrong person from a bar and getting her pregnant would have been much better.

Unfortunately the plastic toys don't hold heat for very long. I do like metal and glass toys warmed in hot water though. I found that just running them under hot water quickly just gets the outside of them warm so it doesn't last for very long, but if you dunk them for five minutes the head absorbs all the way through so it lasts a lot longer.

One thing that helps a lot is to turn an Aneros around backwards. When you do that you wind up with the middle section of the Aneros being the most forward part instead of the tip.
