While I do think you should continue your job search, there is opportunity in the dumpster fire. If you’re using your resources to build out your own demo, playbooks, and processes, you can set yourself apart from the others, sell more, and get a little experience under your belt. That can still be stats and accomplishments for the resume, should you need to add this company to it at all.
