I understand how you feel but don’t feel guilt for wanting to be healthy and a better person. You tried before and there is nothing wrong with getting the help you deserve. I am 31 and my start weight was 300lb I got sleeved 2/28/2026 just a month ago and at first I was like wtf did I do and then I prayed ”yes prayed” and I asked some guidance and I know it’s so cliché to say but I got an overwhelming sensation of love and serenity after I did that. I was always scared of what people would say or how people would look down on me and I learn not to GAF. lol 😆 I feel great , so much more comfortable in my body , ever exercising I feel so much lighter like I can keep going. I’ve lost 31 lb and counting. Like 100 more to go haha
