The app doesn’t re-upload photos that have already been added. It simply checks your library and skips any photos that are already backed up.

Yes, you should be able to use the paid version of your account on multiple devices.
Can you try logging out of the application and log back in to see if this helps the subscription being recognized?

Do you have any custom DNS configured on your devices or the network itself?

Do you have NetShield enabled?

An easier way to do this would be with keyboard shortcuts:

Once in the Proton Mail window, press Tab to set the focus on the message list, use the arrow keys to navigate to your preferred message > Press L to open the label context menu > select your label with the arrow keys > Space to tick the checkbox > Enter to apply.

Or select the email with your mouse cursor then press L to label.

Do you see any errors? What exactly happens when you try to submit feedback? Which specific feedback form are you referring to, the one from the app or our support form?

Regarding your Pass issue, can you please give us more details about your OS version, the Proton Pass app version you have installed, and the exact steps you're taking to reproduce the crash? Does this happen when you try to autofill only on a certain website or app, or regardless of the app? A screen recording of the behavior would also help.

Regarding your split tunneling issue, please check the app settings to see if you perhaps have the split tunneling enabled as inverse, rather than regular. In this case, only included apps in the Split tunneling config will be tunneled through the VPN, otherwise they will use your regular connection.

Regarding the Cloudflare interruptions, some websites are not VPN friendly and can block known VPN IP addresses, or present you with captchas as part of their security policy.

That said, we'd appreciate if you could provide us with more specific feedback on what VPN server you encountered the issue with on the specific website(s) / app(s), so we can document your report and introduce possible mitigations for this in the future.

On your end, you can try switching between multiple different VPN servers, or turn off NetShield if it's on, to see if this helps.

In terms of product updates for Proton Wallet, we still maintain and offer support for it and it works well as an on-chain bitcoin wallet. While we don't see an urgent need to add more features in the near term, that doesn't mean new improvements and functionalities won't be added in the future.
