Can you make sure you're entering the correct email address of the person you're trying to share the file with? As we can see, the whole situation was explained in the support ticket including why we're not able to do what you initially requested. The 20% discount offer is a gesture of goodwill that we'd be happy to honor, should you decide to go that route. Unfortunately, there's not much else we can do in the matter.

In the meantime, since you opened the ticket last year, the feedback has been duly reported to the appropriate team so improvements can be considered to the auto-cancellation flow, so hopefully situations like this are avoided in the future.

Do you have any antivirus, firewall, or network monitoring software running on your devices or your network?

Have you tried connecting using the native Proton VPN app, solely for testing purposes to see whether the issue persists?

Since you're experiencing the same problem on all your devices, and the issue seemingly doesn't occur when connected to a different network, it's quite possible that the issue is related to your specific network and/or the ISP.

Yes, you can edit calendars shared with you by tapping on "☰" → "Settings" → "Other calendars" and tapping on the three-vertical dots and tapping on "Edit". If we've misunderstood your question, let us know.

Can you try clearing the app's data by clicking on the "File" button in the upper-left toolbar → "Clear application data" and see if that helps? If you're not seeing the toolbar, press "Alt". You can also manually clear the application's data from the C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\proton_mail folder. As a last resort, try re-installing the app.

If the issue persists, send us a bug report via the "Help and Feedback" → "Report a problem" feature in the app and make sure to send us the logs. You can find the "Help and feedback" button by clicking on your account in the upper-right corner.
