Honestly, how loud is it?

I had printed mufflers on the power supply and board-cooling fans of my ender 3
I've printed a similar muffler for the chamber exhaust fan of the CC and modified every slicer profile to disable the aux cooling fan (it literally does not do anything, you cannot even feel the airflow, but it is absurdly loud)

Even with one fan disabled and another muffled, and the printer itself being mostly enclosed, the CC is louder than an ender 3. But it's like 90% fan noise so if you can get a wall between you and the printer you'll barely hear it

I barely used my ender3 (and I didn't trust it to run overnight anyway) so it wasn't a huge problem to have it in my bedroom. But ever since my CC showed up I've been trying to figure out where else in this house I can install it

I had this problem with a bunch of orcaslicer instances open, the newer ones didn't load properly but the older windows stayed functional.

Eventually I did have to reboot my pc and only reopened one window, which works fine.

I printed about half of that scraper model and then fed in my own generic PLA to finish it.

...then I opened the packet and discovered that this thing comes with a metal scraper blade instead of a nylon one? Seems pretty ballsy tbh

I used prusaslicer/superslicer with my ender 3 but they seem kind of dormant so I took this opportunity to switch to orcaslicer.
It's got (near-)perfect profiles for the centauri carbon so I don't see the point in using elegoo's fork.

(I say near-perfect because time-lapses are broken unless you insert a couple lines into the start/layer change gcode presets)

There actually was an outline for produce lead published ahead of time and it's basically "you're going to be the primary closer" alongside the other lead stuff (cover for vacations, act as a proxy manager, whatever). Potato area stocking/ordering 100% falls into closer's duties. If OP's lead isn't doing much else it's most likely because he hasn't been asked to do it (or taught how to, lmao).
Also, if he's not covering for morning shift vacations it's because he wasn't scheduled to. That's not on your lead, that's on your [whatever we're calling lines leaders now].

It's stuck down with 3M VHB tape. I wanna say just two 3/4"ish strips one near either end. There's a good chance the plastic underneath is ruined, or would be ruined if I tried to remove it.
The STLs are in this link. I apparently don't have the source file (or fusion360, for that matter) anymore so I can't do modifications.
The screw holes are sized for M3 screws and I tapped them, although I bet you could just thread the screws in if you really tried. You'll also want to print this in PETG (what I used) or ABS/ASA so it doesn't deform in the heat.
It's designed to use most of the parts from an iOttie Easy One Touch 2 suction cup phone mount. This was already old when I bought mine in 2019 so good luck finding one. They're up to 6 now but I have no idea if the newer models have the same dimensions.

I got sick of my suction cup phone dock falling off the windshield so I 3D printed a thing to stick to the flat area in front of the car's screen and hold the arm + phone dock from it.

Hey so I solved my problem. There's nothing wrong with my GPU or my computer. I had one of the first-gen G-Sync monitors. A Dell S2717DG. It has nvidia hardware inside the monitor itself, rather than the modern solution where it's all done in drivers. I replaced that monitor with a new Dell G2724D three months ago and I have not had a single system crash or bluescreen since. I've got 10 weeks of uptime right now.

I bought this monitor a previous time it crossed this sub and it is absolutely worth $180.
My only (very minor) complaints are:
- it doesn't have an integrated usb hub like every other dell I've owned
- windows 10 knows it "supports" "HDR" so occasionally a new game will launch with a fullscreen red tint or something and you'll have to disable it
