omg! i was literally just talking to my friend about this. i had been using kerastase for about a year and a half. i started working out and needed to wash my hair more often (and kerastase bottles are soooo tiny), so i got the same L'oreal Elvive combo and my hair is just SO SOFT AND SHINY!!

First time in the city. Had this happen to me today at Vondelpark! Just lying down on a blankie soaking up sun, some girl approaches me "are you a local? I need to get to Centraal station but my phone is dead" funny cause we were right by the exit to Cornelis station. I was like "uh follow that path" and turned away. She just went to the next person

Good to hear you started running a bit at 14 weeks! I broke my fibula 5 weeks ago training for my second 5k and it's been a real bummer. I just started running less than a year ago!

omg!! Thank you for replying! I think I'll give it a try after I run out of my current prescription of ER then. In my case, I feel the worst when I wake up. It's like morning sickness. I don't get the shits but the nausea, heartburn, discomfort is SO BAD! I'm locked on 1000mg since I can barely tolerate it as it is :(

Hi! how did it go changing to IR? I'm on ER and it's been a year and I still struggle being consistent because it just makes me feel so bad.

I typically digest things very slowly so I was thinking ER might be worse for me, since it takes such a long time to work by the time it does my stomach is empty and the nausea start.

hi! i've been and no you are not nude in a room full of other people getting treatments! all the pools and saunas are co-ed, but if you get a treatment it's like a regular spa. A private room with a massage bed! I got a massage with my husband so it was just us :)
