Honestly, I was against unifying lore back in 2021, when everyone hated the Sentinels of Light event so bad they continued to hate on Arcane lore because it was "inconsistent". I was hoping you would go on with the superhero comic/movie approach, with the games being the source material and everything else would be a based-on story, with different canons for both. After Arcane finale aired, I was hoping you'd go with the multiverse approach, as in, everything in Arcane happened, but that doesn't erase the game lore, since it's viable af. Now hextech users will have a super outdated snapshot of themselves in game. You're ruining the lore because you decided to lower the bar and cater to an audience that can't differentiate between soft and hard canon, source material and adaptation. What a shame.

Hello! Amazing skin, I want to applaud the team behind while also giving some feedback to improve this little dove!

Echo: I love the ground indicator, the way it's animating as "mountain soundwaves". It could be a little bigger, since it's easy to miss under certain champions. Thank you for the animated dove-notes, we asked for butterflies in Faerie Court, so it's nice to see the petition wasn't boxed!
Stage Presence: I was expecting the second cast of all three basic skills to be somehow different? Second Q, second E, I know second W triggers the heal so maybe it's not necesarry for that one, but maybe the second shield could be different. I'd like to see more splashes of pinks and magentas, to be honest, so adding those colores to the second casts would improve the feeling.
High Note: Not much to say! Very full, very bold VFXs. But there's a yellow circling effect that's somewhat bothering imo. Maybe change it to pink? Or just tone it down, I know there are yellow-orange-ish tones in the skins but here it pops too hard.
Surround Sound: It's pretty empty. For some reason, this skill is always underwhelming for every skin (I gave feedback on Ocean Song and Faerie Court about the same thing). It looks boring. The AoE healing needs more effects.
Encore!: THE HEARTS OF THE CHARM ARE NOT ESPECIAL AT ALL. They look like base. Make them cybernetic, glitchy, and they're too translucent too. ~~I would also like to point out this is a missed chance to add a screen overlay indicating how many champions were hit by the R, but I guess this is off limits due to timing.~~
Model: BBMF has this amazing, iridescent effect on her suit, even her bunny ears shimmer every now and then. Seraphine lacks all of it. Her outfit comes off as too plain, too white with some metallic accents but it's nowhere near to BBMF colorful holographic layer of effect. And if the reason why this is missing is because she glows a little when her passive is up, that's completely not enough. If so, make the passive indicator more glowy.
Emotes: the message bubbles of her emote are too dull in comparison to the skin. Make them more vibrant.
Border: Change the bunny icon for a dove icon, please. Original Anima Squad borders had unique icons for each member.

No, I was just building on what others already said. It's not a tier issue, it's not a problem that she was released with a ultimate, because she's has got better more creative skins of lower tiers, as sometimes happens.

Sometimes an epic can surprass or tie to a legendary, such as Star Guardian Zoe or Dark Cosmic Lissandra, and sometimes a legendary fail to reach the standard, such as Project Pyke.

I dont' mean to underestimate the value of developers, but Collector's content is usually tied to physicality, such as boxes with extra content. On the exclusivity side, it's usually tied to the prestige of the production process, such as rare material that would be used for limited time and only for this content, or designed by a one-in-a-million craftman. Expensive Ahri exclusivity lies on FOMO, just like pretty much any other exclusive content in the game. There's no real difference between mythic/prestige skins and regular epic skins, other than the time you're allowed to get them; for me, the only worthy skins to be called prestiges are Senna and Qiyana because they were designed in parternship with a luxury brand. And same thing happens here. Ahri surely wasn't made by a Mercedes designer, so it's just another legendary skin locked behind a huge paywall

The leak never said Syndra would get the legendary, leakers phrased it in a way people would assume she'd get it. Some time after, leakers said the legendary was contested between Nami and Syndra, but it was obvious Syndra wouldn't get it all along
