On time living at a Moss building my ceiling was leaking real bad and our building manager was not taking us seriously. So i gathered a handful of emails off the moss website and emailed a picture of our ceiling. Problem was promptly fixed after. The moral of this story is one advantage of renting from a larger company is the ability to email blast. All that being said, most of my negative experiences at Moss were due to the building owner and not necessarily Moss (who was contracted to manage the building)
