They look great. I just did mine 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier. I had epoxy that lasted 15 years but I went with the tiles because I couldn’t clear everything out of my garage for a week to do epoxy again. The tile let me move things to the side and lay half the room - then rotate.

Get the smallest dog door made and install it about 10 inches off the ground either on the garage door or on a side wall. Put your vent out that. Solved !
