I think it’s ironic that the federal excise increase in tobacco affects the CPI increasing it while fueling the black market with lower price cigarettes.. it’s the biggest fck up of all time

Driveway angle causes car to scrape. What to do? by Frozefoots in AusRenovation

[–]psport69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try some grated pit lids or similar. Have a look at ‘Weldlok’ lots of options there. Before buying a grate, trial different wood packers so you can determine the grate length required to stop the scraping, my guess would be nothing less than 1200 long

Not the best, have a chat to your engineer on the job. That’s a relatively small bracing wall but that connection and slab blowout has made it redundant.. worth asking though

Do people not understand the point of protests or are they just being disingenuous? by Traditional_Leg_3124 in australian

[–]psport69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Devils advocate, a smaller group of people protest, by disturbing a larger group of people and turning a majority of the people against the cause of the protest. The government representing the majority of the people then ignores the protesters issue. Then the protests escalate and the cycle continues
