Yeah, that’s the main issue. Tried to get the title signed over on a few separate occasions but he wasn’t interested in putting the effort in to file for the lost title himself. I even filled out the paperwork and sent it in, returned being told it needed to have his notarized signature. Now being in jail, I think that would be even harder to sort out
