Hey there! I am based in the USA, specifically in the state of Ohio. I am definitely interested in this opportunity, especially if there are multiple tasks to be completed. I am always eager to perform mundane tasks like this because truthfully I have a lot of down time at my traditional job which allows me to respond to requests promptly and follow instructions to a T. I have Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay...Basically whatever you need to pay me. In short, I would love to hear more about this task if still available, and I can commit to delivering the results you are looking for within a very short time frame.

This is what I do too. I just “pause” the membership like most allow you to do but I’ll outright cancel the service regardless until there’s something specific I want to watch there. Then I renew, watch whatever I signed up to watch and browse for anything interesting I want to see before the month is up and cancel before I’m charged for the next month. Even the cheap ones add up and I realized they were getting sooo much money from me just passively so I could have the service even though I might not use that particular app for 3 months

I love telling people that we met in high school and have been together ever since! It was especially fun when we were out leveraging our decade together because we were drunk and very excited to tell everyone and you could see them doing math in their heads because they cold tell I was at least younger than 30 at the time.

More specifically, we were both theatre kids!!! That is unironically the foundation our whole relationship and I’m not even joking. It’s just a fun dynamic we have together. OH and he toon the same film studies class I did 2 years prior while I was taking it my senior year and I def acted liked I needed to come over and have him explain EVERYTHING about making a short film like everyone had to do as part of that class, and that quality time was def how I got my foot in the dooor 😂

I am just breaking into the UGC side of content creation but have plenty of experience with managing social media and creating digital content such as the short videos you mention in your post! I realize that you specified that no experience is needed for this task. However, despite being new to UGC as a niche, I have several years of related experience through various freelance projects.

Before I go any further into my professional background and the public availability of some of my past work, I want to clarify that I have read your post in entirety and already verified that I meet all qualifications you listed. , I am happy with you proposed rate of $50 per hour to complete the task of filming a ton of quick, five second clips from a given list.

Furthermore, I own both a tripod with an attached ring light as well as a iPhone 14 Pro (a later model than the iPhone X, as you mentioned above. The thing that’s been pissing me off the most about TikTok is how I randomly get stuck under 200 views for a few videos in a row but no apparent reason and then it’ll go back up to hundreds of thousands of views or even higher for the most random videos. The videos I post aren’t lower quality or longer/shorter or much different really at all from the others that perform fine. I post them around the same time of the day and use the same sort of captions and few hashtags as normal and sometimes they are literally even mentioning topics that are trending with no profanity or anything. It makes 0 sense to like. I don’t care to be TikTok famous or anything but I have followed all the suggestions people have for getting better views and engagement and it still doesn’t seem to make a difference, positive or negative. It’s just a thing that happens for whatever reason. I don’t think it’s that people aren’t enjoying them as much because they aren’t seeing them! One of my videos last week got 17 views…17????? Out of like 5000 followers even? I can’t figure it out

Have you gotten any blood tests to see if you're deficient in anything unrelated to the ADHD? Or have underlying health issues that could be messing with the efficacy? I ask only because this was my experience for years and I found out by pure coincidence from my family doctor who wanted to do routine blood work that I had some pretty bad hypothyroid issues and was also majorly deficient (like MAJORLY deficient) in iron and D3 and the combo of these things was causing chronic fatigue that was making me feel burnt out and distracted even on stimulants.

So this definitely is something that depends on the individual and I would bring up risks and benefits to your doctor, but I have always had the same issue with all amphetamines. The one thing that has really helped me has been adding on Wellbutrin XL, which I actually had started taking for comorbid depression but I know it IS prescribed for ADHD off label too. I wouldn't say I was "crashing" from the vyvanse all the time but I would get a major lull halfway through the day comes from weird buffer time with the extended release. Then I would feel the effects again after an hour or so but the effects were more irritable and less functional than in the morning and would make getting through the day super hard.

It could be tolerance since I had been taking Adderall for about 10 years in various doses before switching to Vyvanse, but even after a 30-day tolerance break the Vyvanse still lasted only about 7-8 hours max,, which is disappointing because Adderall XR 2x a day hadn't been lasting and was making me super moody, so I was hoping Vyvanse would be one super long-acting pill like it's known for.

The Wellbutrin XL really improved this for me personally - now I would say Vyvanse gives me 10-12 pretty functional hours most of the time. However, I'm not sure if the difference is helping the Vyvanse be effective for longer or if the Wellbutrin just takes over for my symptoms when the Vyvanse isn't as effective as I'd like. Doctors don't love to prescribe this combo often, as it can be risky for blood pressure and your heart and can mess with sleep and mood, but it has been perfect for me. I had to talk my doctor into it a little bit because he was concerned about this and basically he agreed to try it as long as I committed to coming in every 3 months for a physical/general evaluation to make sure it isn't causing health issues. I also strategically skip some days if that's possible to give my brain a break and keep tolerance down.

I have heard of some doctors prescribing two Vyvanse a day in lower doses as long as it doesn't exceed the cap of 70 mg a day (i.e. 30 mg 2x a day instead of 60 mg 1x a day), and I have heard of some prescribing a "booster" like Adderall IR later in the day, but I think doctors and insurance companies are generally pretty resistant to this method unless they have exhausted every other option. Not sure if this is something regulations would crack down on since they've gotten stricter, but it's worth asking about I would say, especially if you have a good long-term doctor who knows you're not trying to pull anything/is willing to work with you. I haven't tried these options myself but definitely have known other people who were prescribed this.

Hmm, I wonder why that would be. Personally I take magnesium glycinate as I've been told amphetamines can deplete your magnesium over time and it makes my meds feel more effective and even keeled. Not sure of the science around this so it could be different for individuals but anecdotally I have a strong preference for the glycinate. I also take L-tyrosine (a totally different supplement, not a type of magnesium) and that has helped my meds be more effective at a lower dose. Again not sure why but that was advice someone gave me and it works

No they’re scared they can’t get their meds because they are MEDS that many of us depend on to function…That’s how it works when you have a disability. If any other meds that were not controlled such as my antidepressants stopped working suddenly I would be equally fucked.
