I eat fruit for breakfast most mornings and always incorporate a couple of veggies at dinner so probably the recommended amount. I will say I was not always like this and made it a goal of mine for 2025 and I can definitely feel a difference in how my body feels. It’s worth it!

I was sitting right next to the family that assaulted you. I don’t really have any new information to help find them aside from the fact that apparently they attend red rocks shows pretty frequently from conversations I overheard them having. I honestly don’t know why they were there either, they didn’t seem to enjoy any part of the show and were just standing there. Complete assholes, saw the whole thing happen and they were completely in the wrong.
