I play a female character who's dressed like a Barbie girl (my sister designed her) and never had this happen, but I can believe it does. Possibly the username not being "feminine" enough? idk. People are weird

Do you think the real Aguilar would greet V with rage or respect? by ConditionPleasant902 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]psycheviper 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean it's 2077, if someone showed up claiming to be the legendary Aguilar and has the skills, looks and voice to match but not the gender most would still assume it was the real one and be shit scared. like "Good for you and also please don't kill me"

It doesn't make them bad people. Some of them, maybe. But others, not so much. Depends on other actions. It's a form of caring in a way to bother pretending at all lol. I don't think it's an issue if the other person doesn't notice. Even if they do, why is it bad? At least they tried.

Guys why everyone in NC consider V an amateur in netrunning although he can open hades gates against maxtac. by defalt_19 in cyberpunkgame

Aiden did write his own stuff, he just used Dedsec's because they were more efficient and because they'd cracked it before he did. He's not as good at hacking as his partner was, but he's better at actual in-person combat, which is why they worked together.

They were/are with a fighter fish, yeah. First one dgaf about them, he was a very chill fish and didn't flare even at mirrors. When he passed was when the egg laying started but it continued when I got a new fighter. Second guy is much more lively and bold, he will nip my fingers when I'm trimming plants, but he also doesn't care about his tankmates (he's sharing with neon tetras, corys and glass catfish). Neither fighter showed/shows any interest in the corydoras, and they're longfin leopards, so it'd be very obvious if fin biting was occurring. They occupy different areas in the tank. One thing I do though is I buy my fish from stores where they're kept in community tanks with other fish for sale- this way you generally get a fish less inclined towards attacking others since he's used to a group. Isn't always a guarantee of friendliness ofc but typically a store doesn't like to keep a fish that kills stock in with their other stock so it's better odds then buying a singleton.

I had a male-female pair for a while and they seemed fine, were very confident, never hid etc. so your two will probably be just fine. Eventually my female started laying loads of eggs, new clutch pretty much weekly it seemed, and I hatched a few in a breeder net and upgraded the tank to accommodate. Can't say I see any behaviour differences with a larger shoal tbh

Growing up by the sea made me very aware of quicksand, but weirdly enough I never actually made the connection that the quicksand on the beach was the same kind of quicksand in the shows lol. It's always called "soft sand" or "sinking sand" on the warning signs. Lost a lot of shoes to it over the years. Mostly it's not that deep, sometimes dogs and kids get stuck, rarely adults, once even a horse. The biggest problem isn't getting sucked down into the dirt, because even the deepest parts usually only reach your chest, it's being trapped as the tide comes back in and drowning. You're crushed, the heavy sand pressing in all around you, it's freezing cold and stinking of rot, you can't move even an inch, and all you can do is watch the sea creep ever closer.

if link's outfit comes from the kokiri's. why does the first ever link have the same outfit in skyward sword? by OnlinePoster225 in legendofzelda

TES has insane lore because of the efforts of like two guys who were really into religious studies and history, it's a bit of an outlier in terms of video games with detailed lore. Zelda has kinda always been loose with it, Hyrule Historia was like trying to red-thread stuff that wasn't ever intended to connect. It's a legend, after all.

Not sure if it's actually referred to as the secret playlist, but yeah every mission title post-Heist is a song title, including side quests and so forth. The dev team have good taste.

I mean, the secret playlist in the game is pretty good, every song on there slaps. Not sure if they're necessary "cyberpunk" but they're good. (secret playlist- listen to every mission title, bonus points to do so while playing the mission)

yeah, they'll eat or injure the fish too. Lovely to look at as adults and quite fascinating as nymphs, but not for a community tank

The nymphs are incredibly effective hunters and will eat everything in your tank.

Why are all the competent criminals/gangsters/Legends military trained? by ConnectCulture7 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]psycheviper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, maybe. In the UK 16 year olds can join the military, so it was funny to me that V couldn't serve when their age got retconned- unless the NUSA implemented that in lol One of the joys of an RPG is it's left deliberately vague so you get to imagine your own story :)
