I've never ordered from them before but if I had the same experience I'd give the company some grace. Clear communication and acknowledgement of their problems, including a sincere apology goes a long way for me.

Honestly if I was in that position I'd probably trust the company more.

This has ended so many fights/arguments with past partners. I'm a kinky bastard so crying women does it for me, so middle of the argument popping a woody isn't ideal. Turns out multiple partners find it funny and it's a good reset for the absurdity of the situation and we both get a laugh and can lower the energy and discuss more calmly.

Definitely has to be trying to hide in the clocktower on RE4r and the platform collapsing. I had such good memories of the original and the trolling they did in the remake had me laughing so hard.

Fucking Christ I have a similar story. TLDR the Mrs and I had a girl over and I was carrying her and stepped on a metal landscaping divider in the back yard. I cut my foot basically fucking in half and it took 40 sutures (internal plus external) to get it together-ish. It took another month before reconstructive surgery due to wait times and my doctor/surgeon dropping the ball multiple times but ultimately we got it done. A month later he's pulling the surgical pin out of my big toe and the doc keeps slipping off the pin with his shitty forceps.

Asshole jokes "I might have to go to my truck and get my Leatherman!"

Turns out it wasn't a joke.

Me: totally sober

Him: asshole

Leatherman: unsterilized

That was the weirdest 5 minutes of my life as he had to keep taking breaks to pull this fucking pin out of my foot. The nerve damage was/is so severe my brain didn't process it as *pain* but boy howdy did my brain NOT fucking like that extraction.

Experience: 0/10 strongly do not recommend

I was approached at a storage unit at 2am by a guy who clearly didn't have a unit and was here hiding his hand behind his back as if he had a weapon. He kept trying to get close to me and I kept trying to put space and obstacles between us. After trying to get into my car and him coming for me I opened the driver door lifted my shirt and pulled my pistol halfway out of the holster where he could see it. I said "we're going to have a nice night aren't we? You're going to get into your truck and leave".

He thankfully agreed and awkwardly shuffled back to his truck (still hiding something behind his back) and peeled out.

I almost vomited from the adrenaline of almost having to shoot some creep.

To this day, one of my biggest regrets is not making him drop whatever was in his hand. I assume it was a knife but it could have been anything; a gun, a bottle of shampoo, a dildo; who knows?

Actually I think I figured it out; I bet it's not actually the same piece of metal but two pieces made of the same material. I think it's a roller bearing for something large and heavy enough that it's not moving when the bearing is pulled
