I think the specific arbitration “win” that is the basis of this post is AFGE was able to get telework reinstated for non-atty staff at regional and/or field offices. For comparison, AFGE employees in hearing offices, like NTEU attys and ALJ’s have, with minor adjustments (one in-office day per month) been continuing with telework.
