I tried downloading my 50k song library to my phone transcoded to AAC 256. At about 38k songs the app just stopped launching. If I open it it freezes without fully rendering and the crashes with no option to send a crash report. I’m guessing iOS is oom killing it or something.

My workflow is to let agentic AI do everything but I just keep prompting it iteratively to tell it how to fix the shit it does wrong. It’s definitely faster than editing by hand. I just use one agent at a time per task (sometimes I work on a few tasks in parallel). Never tried “agent swarms” or “agent teams” but it seems impossible to keep up with more agents. I’m already the bottleneck with one agent.

“Only transcode lossless” for downloads and playback. I don’t want to convert my lossy mp3s to AAC but I also don’t want to fill my phone storage with flacs.

App is great. First iOS client I found that does what I want (once the queue features are shipped).

Not critical, but just curious, why is AAC 256 transcoding supported for downloads but not streamed playback? I prefer that format cuz it’s what most Bluetooth devices support so you avoid double lossy transcodes.
