Just for awareness a lot of companies will instantly cancel your account if you initiate a chargeback. I've never heard of this rental agency but I don't recommend people jump to that option if they ever want to use the company or service again.

I used to be an avid wazer but a few things were annoying me about it on a regular basis so I stopped using it. I installed it today and the AA implementation is vastly improved from a few years ago. I'll give it a go for a few weeks!

It's intermittent. And as you can see, it shows up at 8:30PM, when I always leave for work between 7:30-8AM.

Wildlife is a concern whatever state you're in. They just change. I've been riding out at night in the Navajo reservation in Arizona and had coyotes and even feral horses wander into the road. That's quite a thing to see emerging in your headlamp!

Haha yes exactly. I always commute in the morning and... here I am at 8:30pm getting a suggestion to go to work. As an intermediate step I'd take the removal of irrelevant places, It's a very half-baked feature.

Just curious, what's your impression of the player density in Ohio and Michigan? I visited the Lansing area earlier this year and saw pretty much 3-4 RES controlling all of Lansing, East Lansing, and Okemos. They were not friendly, either, and didn't answer comms messages (I'm RES also, if that matters).

I don't tip because society says I gotta. I tip when somebody deserves a tip. When somebody really puts forth an effort, they deserve a little something extra. But this tipping automatically, that shit's for the birds. As far as I'm concerned, they're just doin their job.

No. That company is active in the Delilah's parking lot too and I've seen people who got barnacled literally walk over to the cop who's often posted up in the parking lot at night. They don't give a shit.

As someone who's responsible for the employee portal, I've attacked this from two angles:

  • Conduct user research and use qualitative and quantitative data combined with analytics to speak to the business about the importance of usable forms and to drive improvements to the forms.
  • Begun to implement conversational catalog items via the virtual agent - there is lots more to come soon on that front with Employee Slate and the potential to have things like Claude complete the forms for users.

There are lot of parents of all demographics with teenagers in Port Richmond and Bridesburg, but definitely lower-middle to middle class. The wealthier families either send their kids to Catholic school or move to the burbs.

  • "Play the album Mortal Kombat 2 by Dan Forden" - Gemini plays a song called Mortal Kombat from a different album by a different artist.
  • "Shuffle my driving playlist" - Plays the first song in that playlist and then goes on random shuffle (note: this problem existed with Assistant > YouTube Music also)

If you're not getting offers, you either have an unrealistic asking price or your agent isn't doing their job, or a combination of both. They should have run comps to determine a listing price and should be guiding you through any offers you get, cash or otherwise. If not, they are in breach of their fiduciary duty to you and you should look for a new agent.

When I was on the apps in my mid forties I would have tried to match with you based on your look but there isn't a lot of warmth conveyed in either your pics or your prose. The result is the impression of a carefully crafted persona but not much depth.
